We used to do a full pot in the morning, full pot after work in our 30s. Go to bed no problem.

I can barely sleep now even when I do everything right to produce better sleep. My 40s have kinda sucked so far.

Sometimes in the evening I replace my tea with coffee. But since putting my exercise in the evening I don’t need to. It perks me up enough to make it to a decent bedtime.

I used to drink until 9 pm sometimes. Then, I would wonder why I was such an insomniac. Now, I try not to drink after 3.
