Do you eat first thing in the morning?

Some people wake up and eat breakfast instantly

I can't stomach food for at least a few hours.

On work days I'm up at 5.30 and don't eat until around 10.30, and that's just a carrot or apple to see me through to midday.

But don't worry I eat a fucking ton between midday and midnight
 
I do it for my medicine. Better to take it with something in the stomach.
 
Scrambled eggs. I'll have a bowl of cream of rice with whey protein and some blue berries if I'm working out that day

Man that killed me when I was on pain killers & anti inflammatorys for a long time, one to line the stomach before eating, then painkillers after.

Well, luckily it's not THAT bad. I take my UC meds and some supplements and I'm good to go. Cereal normally does the trick.

No. I eat my first meal at 11:30am and my second meal at 5pm. If im still really hungry I might have a light snack at 7pm.
 
My clock sounds at 7. I go to the kitchen, put my coffee maker on and go back to bed.

7:10 I'm drinking black coffee with maybe a small spoon of sugar.

Solid foods? Only on saturdays in a coffee store.

I did it for a long time (18/6) and loved it. Will be back in a couple of months after I leave my job.

Pretty much the same here, what does your 11.30 meal consist of (roughly)?
 
Stumble out of bed barely alive... maybe check my email out of habit on my phone.

Get dressed +brush teeth (shower if I didn't the night before).
Eat and drink coffee, and drive to work.
 
Not right away. But when i finaly do eat, my system wakes up. So now i need to eat big every 2-3 hour.

Yes. I originally started as a way to lose weight. I ended up continuing it after because of the health benefits.
 
Yes 2 to 3 scrambled eggs every morning at home.

While I am on the train heading to the office downtown I have my morning veggie/fruit bowl consisting of chopped up carrots, celery, cucumbers, grapes and spinach. I do a meal prep on Sunday's to make sure all of it is ready to go each morning.
