Some say he is the most dominant champion and bw goat.

others say his legacy is tainted by his steroid use, being an overall piece of shit person and teammate, just being all out for himself and screwing anyone in his path over with no regard (aldo is hte most recent example).

While the same can be said about jon jones... tj run definitley was not on jon jones level. the mma world has moved on fine without jones these past 3 years.

i think the character issues will make people forget about him unless he resurrects his post fight career with some social mediaesque career. so rather his career being compared to mma goat he will most likely be compared to joseph benedez types.

He's definitely not the GOAT BW, but if you take his career at face value, yes he should be a HOFer.

Hall of Shame maybe. It's funny, when I wanted him to lose to Cruz, he lost. When I wanted him to win vs Garbrandt, he won. When I wanted him to beat Garbrandt again, he won. When I wanted him to lose to Cejudo, he lost. When I wanted him to lose to Aljo, he lost. If this keeps up, he's going to have a terrible ending to his career.

How many current hall of famers took steroids? Any champ with a few defenses should get in.

What in the fuck?

He defended the belt 2 times. Once against Joe Soto, who took him to the fifth round and who was supposed to be fighting on the prelims. And then against Barao who was coming off the start of USADA and would go on to have a 1-8 record from there.

Then Cruz, the actual BW GOAT, having had just 1 fight in the previous 5 years, came off the hospital bed and took the belt from him.

Never mind that he was a proven roider lol.

In what possible fucking world is TJ the either the most dominant champion or BW GOAT?

2x champ with 3 title defenses with 6 wins over top 10 fighters in his division. Yes without a doubt.

1 title defense was a guy who up until the day before was fighting on the prelims.

The other was to a guy who got wrecked by the coming of USADA and would go on to win just 2 of his next 9, and those 2 were against low level guys.

3rd title defense doesn't really count for much considering he was next stripped for PEDS.

Hell no what he had the bw belt for 2 days and lost it... Then dropped weight and got smoked by a midget

Dillasnake? No, for god's sake. He's a cheater, probably from the beginning and a cheap-shot turd in sparring sessions. Hoping for more beatings like yesterday's.
If that's the case then hall of famers don't even have exist in any sport since 90% are using.. lol

Fair. Still a title defense tho.

He looked like shit against Mitch Gagnon which was before USADA. He might have been affected by it but it is not the complete reason he went to shit. For all we know TJ might have mentally broken him.

LOL What? Him getting stripped of his title because of PEDs in his next fight has got nothing to do with him defending his title in a fight he didn't test positive. That is ridiculous

You got to laugh at the people calling him a drug cheat, well in the next few years you’re going to have a few drug cheats like Anderson and Jones in the Hall of fame soon and a lot of those fans won’t bat a eye when they get in.
