He was just being a bro and trying to save that man from making a huge mistake.
He was just pointing out that where he pointed was a better spot for the video as it shows the Disney castle more. He wasn't being mean spirited
You can point it out without hijacking the whole thing. Why would you even grab the ring from a couple you don't even know?
Dumb move but shouldn't be fire worthy.
I disagree. It definitely hurts business for Disney when a video like that goes viral. People come to Disney world for a good time with family. It’s where the magic happens and that guy ruined it. Not only is the couple humiliated, but their one special moment is ruined forever and they can never get that moment back. The stupid employee should never put his hands on someone else’s property. That’s a lawsuit on its own. He also should of waited for the man to stand up and then politely ask the couple to get off stage, but the idiot had no common sense. You can point it out without hijacking the whole thing. For context from my understanding: Guy and gal jumped a fence onto a stage that was set to have a performer on it within minutes, which had pyrotechnics on board. Guy and gal lied and said they had permission to do it. Also, it typically costs 5k+ to have a proposal like that arranged on Disney property.
Dude was just doing his job imo. You aren't entitled to have a special moment for the benefit of your social media followers.

If this is true, why did he get fired?
Damn, Disney wants their cut of those memories being made. He's like a collector, no one wants that job. Dude was fired publicly but privately he's getting a raise and a short vacation since that does probably suck having to be the guy who regulates things like this
