Lemme take a stab at this.

They're kind of similar, but the dip is more of an evasion that sits your center of balance lower where you push off for more power. The slip rolls on the outside of the punch, in a more lateral fashion. There are counters off of both movements, and I find that people who dip more regularly have a more compact frame. I'm 6'2, and I find dips to be awkward in my stance. I prefer to slip on the outside of a jab to avoid the orthodox power and cut an angle for the counter. Hope this helps!

ah thanks, i think i get it

and whats the difference between bob and weave and tuck and roll (in the execution/explanation of the technique)

example:mike tyson bobs and weaves, joe frazier tucks and rolls

Hopefully a boxer will be able to give you better insight on this. My boxing is just supplemental to my Muay Thai and I'm not a big student of famous boxers. Bobbing and weaving usually involves slipping and shoulder rolls to keep up heavy movement, opening up angles for your counters. I believe the tuck and roll is similar, but it involves the slip/duck, and you counter or throw a punch on your way out.

One thing to keep in mind is that there's no universal used termonolgy in boxing. Cus D'Amato had different numbers for punching than most use for him a jab is a "7" and not a "1".
Some also use the term "cross" to describe a rear straight punch while others describe with it it's original meaning a "cross" counter over the opponent's jab.
And I assume you will get the same variety of answers from different people if you ask what's slipping and what's dipping
