NFL Is the NFL Rigged? ( Sir Elzio Mega Discussion )

Drum roll please.......................................................................1000~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Thank you God, thank you Mom, thanks Dad , life is good.

Adios~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

As we know both had great second seasons, Wilson winning the SB with Maye playing in one. Both having great numbers, both over 100 passer rating.

As we know Wilson had one of the best first decades of a career we had seen.

Maye on his way to doing the same thing.

Great great QB;s.

Drake "Stud" Maye

The one big difference is Wilson will always be the best QB the Seahawks ever had while Maye will never be the best Pats QB.

I don't expect the Pats to win the SB this season but do expect them to win one soon.

That Seattle D line the HUGE difference in the game.

Thinking the Johnny Unitas Colts are the only team to have a future Hall of Famer at....

QB...Johnny U
RB...Lenny Moore;;;first great receiving RB, would be a WR today,
WR....Ray Berry
TE...John Mackay
LT....Jim Parker

,,,,all there together..

Will only be sharing my 65ish**** years of being a pro football (CFL, AFL, USFL. WFL, NFL) fan here.

Like I have said before unlike all of you I don;t like to run down/be critical of that.....................1%...............who made it to an NFL roster, they should be respected. We have great, greater and greatest, none of this ridiculous.....he;s a fucking can I tell ya a can,.........that is rookie/immature.

My all time offense

QB....Tom Brady
FB....Jim Brown
RB....Barry Sanders
Receiver....Jerry Rice
Receiver....Randy Moss
TE....Tony Gonzalez

That Raider OL with Otto, Upshaw and Shell

If going by...Doninance of Era.....a case can be made for Don Hutson over Moss, nobody was more dominant at their position than he was.

If talking offense, Lawrence Taylor by far the most dominant backer, Devin Hester by far the most dominant KR.

**** around 10ish when I started getting into things seriously. I had a notebook for football, one for track, one for rasslin'....thinking it was real, ha~~~

Prediction

After Maye loses the SB some rookies will......see see see he sucks what a fucking can.....totally ignoring the fact he;s just 23 and will be back.

Putting him up against all the others at 23 he's among the best at that age,

Second in the MVP, won the AFC, NFL leader comp%, passer rating, very impressive,

Going back to Michgan 1901, they scored over 500 points, one game 128-0, giving up.....................0

In 1902 they scored over 500 points giving up....................12.

Seems cartoonish.

From 1901-1905 they had 49 shut outs, most points given up in a game....12. Most points scored 130.

Only game they lost was the very last game of 1905, Chicago beat them 2-0.

Chicago did play them kinda tuff

1901....losing 22-0
1902....losing 21-0
1903....losing 28-0
1904....losing 22-12
1905....winning 2-0

Only team that didn't get totally blown away.

When the AFL showed up in 1960 it looked like this

West

Oakland Raiders
Los Angeles Chargers......would move to San Diego
Dallas Texans.............soon to be KC Chiefs
Denver Broncos

East

Boston Patriots
New York Titans.....yep, Jets
Buffalo Bills
Houston Oilers

Why that league worked was all those HBCU athletes and speed and they were shit on deense so high scoring games.

First :"Star" was Texan Abner Haynes a speedy do it all RB out of North Texas State

Imagine an 8 team league today, think about the level of play we;d have,

Just the best 8 QB;s in the world and so on.

I was going to compare Russell Wilson numbers to Darnolds at the same stage of the career but its so lopsided in favor of Wilson so......nay~~~~

I do wish Maye would show some....mad, glad, pissed, happy....something.

I do have fun with this Russell Wilson thing.

Most really don't get just how amazing his Seattle days were.

Looking at...

wins
comp%
passing yards
TD/INT ratio
passer rating
QBR
rushing
pro bowls

....he had the best first decade we had seen.

If anyone wants to dispute that. good luck.

Keep in mind he walked right in and took over, no......take a seat and learn.

1, Notre Dame vs the NFL?

2.College All Star teams beat NFL Champs?

3. NFL team plays two games in two days?

4. The Kansas City Cowboys actually existed?

5, Grorgia Tech beats Cumberland 222-0?

6. An NFL WR legally blind in one eye?

7.There was an NFL ....Tonawanda Kardex Lumberjacks?

8. An AFL fullback who scored....

passing
rushing
receiving
PAT
FG
punt ret
KO ret

9. An NFL linebacker who returned kickoffs, scoring on a 90 plus yard returm?
10,.Gale "Kansas Comet" Sayers had an older bro faster than he was?
11. A 6-10 NFL TE?

When "Nature Boy" Buddy Rogers lost his WWWF World Title to Bruno Sammartino he had had a mild heart attack in the locker room, but the place was packed $$$$$$.

So it was....can you make it to the ring? Apparently he could, so they enter, Bruno runs over slaps Rogers in a Bearhug, bout over Bruno new World Champion.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Bennie "Kid" Parett a boxer bad mouthed Emile Griffith, called him gay. During the fight Griffith got Parrett in a corner and really worked him over. He put Parrett in a coma, one he never recovered from, he died.
I saw that fight.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Stonewall Johnson was a running back at Grambling and an Olympic sprinter, he tied the 200m world record, after the games (thinking he took 6tt in the 200) he became a Dallas Texan in the old AFL, they switched him to WR.

In a preseason game vs Houston he sustained a neck injury, he died. What could have been.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Pro rassler Big Van Vadar an x LA Ram lineman Leon White
Olymoi female sprinter Stella Walsh beat eveyone she was great. Years later she gets shot and killed in some crime scene. During the autopsy guess what she had been hiding?
Just talking those first 8 seasons because that is all Darnold has
Each with 1 SB win
Darnold
Pro Bowls...2
65 or better comp% 2 seasons
4000 yards 2
30 or more TD 1
INT's 82
100 passer ratings...1
Wilson
7 pro bowls
3 better than 65
3 4000 yds'
4 30td
67 INT
5 100 passer ratings
Pretty obvious this isn;t close at all. Wilson on a whole other level.
Those who criticize Wison don't appear to really be aware of just what the guy did that decade in Seattle.
There is a reason he had more wins after his first nine seasons than any QB in history.
There is a reason he had all those pro bowls.
There is a reason he was voted the second best player in the NFL in 2021
There is a reason all those teams wanted him.
Yes he didn't age well, and as he aged his lack of height did become a real situation.
Yeah well how about Geno Smith?
Trust me comparing Wisons numbers vs Geno Smith can't be taken seriously.
