Style points for the finger, but he just lazily kicked Morgan Washington from behind and walked off like he knew old boy was done. Morgan Washington wasn't even out. He just retreated to the cage and took a knee.

You guys can hate on the schtick, but Hokit is going places. His pace is insane. Solid wrestling and positioning. He made his opponent look like a total bum. Looks to be a smaller HW. Probably could fight at LHW if he wanted to, like Fedor and DC.

With Hokit and (hopefully) Chad Gable, American dominance at HW is inevitable.

I'd pick Hokit to kick the shit out of Waldo Cortex right now.

If Hockit wins a few more hes going to be fun . Maybe fun to hate on bit fun none the less

Josh Hokit has some real potential. I'm not sure how his wrestling is, but in terms of athletics he is fast and agile for a big man. I see the same thing when I watch Gable Steveson fight. And it seems like Hokit has the cardio to match.

I think he beats both Tuivasa and Texeira with ease. Hopefully Hokit stays healthy and the UFC give him for fights soon.

Hokit is too small for heavyweight, Waldo would check his chin
Fedor was small for a heavyweight. Hokit is virtually the same size.

And honestly, he seems to have a lot of the same attributes. He's got good cardio and he's fast. I'm not saying he will be as good as Fedor. Obviously he won't be. But I think he can become UFC champion if he gets there before Gable Steveson takes over.

Have you actually looked at fedors pride run? Other than Schilt and Hunt, he either fought small heavyweights who weighed the same as he did or freak shows with no actual skills like Zulu. Heavyweights nowadays are 250-265, most guys who are 230 like Hokit make the cut down to 205.

I am aware that Fedor took on some weak opponents. However, he is still widely regarded as the best heavyweight to date. It is simply very difficult to go undefeated at heavyweight for so long, because so many of them can end the fight with 1 punch.

I haven't seen a heavyweight prospect like Hokit in a long time. The only other one I can think of is Gable Steveson and Tom Aspinall. That's some good company to be in.
