PayPal sent me an email yesterday stating I was getting a refund of $69.99 (nice :P) from ESPN+. I checked my checking account and I indeed got it. I'm not entirely sure why they're giving me this refund. There's something on Reddit about them supposedly committing consumer fraud and I don't know if there's some type of class action lawsuit or what. Or maybe this is just an individual thing. I figured I'd check to see if anyone else got one too...

lol dana is going to get the ones who got the PPV price wrong.

none here.

I have the bundle, though, and haven't bought a PPV on my account in a minute, in case those are differences.

No refund on my end.

Hulu with Live TV is $69.99. Maybe you signed up for a free trial and cancelled the day it renewed? Happened to me with some streaming services.

2 years ago PPV’s were $69.99 I think, now they are $74.99 so maybe it was a double charge.

I have not received any refund from ESPN+, Disney or UFC for that matter.

Living in Canada, I don’t have to put up with that shit. We know that early cards may not be shown on TSN. But they are few and far between. We don’t have to subscribe to 3 different platforms all under one umbrella.

And quite literally.. I don’t have to subscribe to TSN to watch either of my fav sports. CFL Football (a TSN exclusive) or the UFC (also a TSN exclusive). Several sites show them both for free.

The thought of paying for free services is completely abhorrent to me these days. I just look at it as getting the services I should have always been getting for the money I was paying already.
