So, when you begin to wrestle, the one of the very first things you learn are the penetration steps and the sprawl.
In MMA however, nowdays, you don't really see penetrating doubles as much, since the stances are high, though some do go down to their knees to finish their shots.
When it comes to sprawls however, you'd think that people would keep sprawling regardless of high their stances are, like Crocop, but if you look at guys like Holloway who has a real good defense, he doesn't really sprawl.
Only guy that i can think right now who has a great sprawl is Romero, but crazy thing is Holloway might have better TDD for whatever reason.
Aldo and BJ has god like TDDs.
Could it be BJ/Aldo revolutionize TDD game like Anderson Silva did with his front kick?
