Explain again why a judge looked at this case, with similar evidence, but this evidence was dismissed every time with trump, literally the exact same evidence, actually overwhelmingly more. Hundreds of affidavits, hundreds of hours of video of people stuffing ballot boxes and improperly handling ballots, missing records of proper ballot handling, hundred of thousands of ballots with no verification, etc.

I think the reason is that Connecticut does not allow Ballot Harvesting and stuffing ballot boxes? No state should allow it.

If you can't at minimum mail in your ballot on time, you shouldn't be voting in the first place. All this Ballot Harvesting and stuffing of ballot boxes only makes Americans think the elections are being stolen and who can blame them? Everyone simply wants Free and Fair elections and it doesn't feel like that is happening.

It's important to know what was proved here.

It was a process violation, not fraud. That process is legal in a lot of places, but this incident will inevitably be used to prove it should be illegal. Conservative logic is determined even if it doesn't make any sense.

We'll never know. Courts refused by and large at a 90%+ rate to even hear the cases citing "standing", which was pretty cowardly and/or political. Pennsylvania's Supreme Court violated their own Constitution and became political by allowing ballots after the deadline or with no dates on them at all. How tons of ballots go through the Post Office with no date on them is amazing. The ONLY body, per the Constitution of the state to determine these things is the legislature, but the courts interceded outside of the very laws they are chartered to uphold.

We are allowing a specter to be placed on our democracy with all this bullshit. It's a way to destroy a nation and the democratic process.
