-Left AKA cuz Cain retired and DC semi retired, needed better sparring, new energy
-Thinks outside pressures and tensions are what contributed to his losses.
-Luke says he was to arrogant and stupid with loss to Bisping. But with Jan he wasnt cocky just blew his wad to soon.
-Talks about the pressures of being a Beautiful Model and endorsement deals
-Defends his Cockhold personality, thinks it's necessary for fighters to be arrogant. Says many that compete in mma are doing it for the Glory and to show off anyways.
-Is not coming back for money; he wants to keep building legacy and make up for past losses
- Doesnt like Paulo, thinks he has one foot out of mma and its a dangerous position to be in
-Thinks his Chin is okay and recently has been getting hit hard and Chins staying solid

He’s been washed up since his loss to Bisping. He still might beat few top guys before his chin gives out again.

I mean, going off your notes, it seems like a reasoned response by Luke.

From what I see, it's Rockhold's bad defense and ring IQ that cost him. Not that he is unintelligent, but he mentally takes time off during rounds. You can see it. There are lapses in his position, so, when he fights with his hands down--which is all the time--he gets clipped.

I think Rockhold should do that mental focus training you see some fighters do, like Lomachenko. That would keep him in better position to deny enemy opportunities and exploit those he creates for himself.
 
They cut the part of the interview where DC eats a bucket of Popeye's and burps. The force KO's Luke again and he has to drop out of the fight.
 
He would be better off to pick a few custom fights and abandon any fighting for belts. He might can improve his striking defense with more training, but his prime is over. His chin will always need protection from his grappling. It is best to just enjoy and make some money.
 
Luke is next level delusional. I'd be surprised if he gets past Costa, let alone any top 10 guy
