As the title reads…dude keeps getting bigger and is easily around 300 lbs at a height of 5’10 max.

Dc is falling into the trap that lots of ex athletes run into. He's still eating like he's doing 3-a-days. Probably housing more then 4k calories every single day and not giving his body a reason to use it all.

Looking more like an NFL coach these days.
 
No. Back in 2014 when news came out DC was moving down to 205 his fans were aghast said that would risk his life cause he was "big boned". He needs to be fat cause his bones are big apparently.

BMI doesn't apply to "big boned" people.

The trap they fall into is that muscle becomes fat very easy and someone used to maintaining that weight as an athlete is going to have a hard time not becoming fat. DC didn't have that problem.

NFL OTs actually do the best at becoming skinny because they are fat for their job and retirement actually means they'll be eating way less. No reason DC couldn't do the same he doesn't want to because in his words "I am all about that cake and that chicken".
