Dave Meggett - fake fair catch?

Does anyone remember this: Dave meggett doing a fake fair catch on a kick off or punt return?

He waved for the fair catch but he purposely did it lower than shoulder height, which made the kicking team stop pursuing... allowing meggett to either run it all the way for a td or just really far down the field.

I have searched for this online but have never been able to find it.

I remember there being some dispute on the field amongst the refs if it was even legal.

The last I remember of Meggett is that he was implicated in a rape case. Looking at his wiki it appears he is a real piece of shit now serving 20yrs in the pen for battery and sexual assault after a 4th sex related charge.

I think I recall that play. It lead to a rule for an invalid fair catch signal. I've lobbied to have an official behind the returner indicate when a fair catch signal was made to protect the returner from a defender who might not see the returner raise his hand.

If I recall, that Megget play lead to the NFL adding the invalid fair catch signal penalty.
