He’s improved a lot since the Blackwell loss a few years back. It’s unlikely he wins a title but I think he’ll give the champions a decent fight

I’d like to see more of Ryder, but in domestic level dust ups rather than being beat up by one of the top guys.

He did well against Smith, but to say Smith had an off night is something of an understatement.

On a different note I got a Sherdog question about Danny and Dre. It's completely wrong and you can post. Dre wasn't Danny's main trainer or mentor growing up. Victor Roundtree was. Dre just wanted the spotlight. Mike Rella (just had open heart surgery) and was Danny's cut man as well as Luis Collazo and Dennis Doughlin) will attest to this and know who it's coming from. When Vic died (which was sudden) Dre ran with it but we knew it was a problem. That's why Danny moved camps to Virgil Hunter long before. Dre wouldn't show up countless times. We couldn't find dude. His phone was disconnected (how is that even possible nowadays) so he barely got paid. I'm of the opinion that he shouldn't have been paid at all but Danny paid him something. That crying and bitching is ridiculous. If you asked Dre he would say that I was good people and I think likewise. He didn't do his job and he's a pain in the ass.

Rozier does a good job coming off well in front of the camera. I would of never guessed any of that until I read those articles and now have 1st hand confirmation.
If you have $750,000 pay day.... you don't miss a day. I dont care what it is. Unless his kid was on his death bed and it was physically impossible to take him to the gym. Most other excuses are B.S.

Thanks for posting this. The things Rozier was claiming about Danny just didn’t jive with anything I have heard about him. Hope RR is well.
 
Rosado looks and talks like he's a badass; not much else there though.
 
Unpopular opinion but I think Rosado can beat Danny Jacobs.
Rosado has developed as a fighter since GGG, he doesn't get cut often anymore.
Danny Jacobs looks the part but his resume is shaky at best. Rosados Resume is garbage too but he's taken some questionable decision losses as well.
Rosado has a skill set that if you've watched his last 5 fights has been developing nicely, he's no longer the blood and guts go to war fighter he once was, he's fighting smarter and picking his punches much better. If there had been 30 seconds longer in round 9 in the Sulecki fight Rosado wins by ko. He got ripped off against Martin Murray and Luis Arias.

Jacobs does have significantly more power but he didn't impress me against Chavez Jr, he looked slow.
Maybe I just have a soft spot for Rosado but I can see him winning this if he continues to fight smart. We know he has the grit but does he have the level head to not get drawn into a war.

monthly DAZN subscription if you got in early costs about the same a Showtime subscription. Cheaper if you get the yearly bundle. Showtime/HBO ran many cards with main events like these

IMO Showtime is a lot better that what Dazn is giving us. 2020 has been a disaster for them. But showtime in 2020 has been better than 2019

Spot on. I actually just cancelled my DAZN subscription a couple weeks ago and signed on for ESPN+. Money is tight and their product is lackluster.

The Lopez/Loma, Crawford/Brook fights are far better than anything DAZN has on deck until at least the spring and as much as i like Darts and Cricket... i strongly prefer ESPN+ non-boxing content. And its like 1/4 the cost.

That being said, i love DAZN's reason for existing: their goal of bringing as many of the big fights as possible under one umbrella outside of PPV. If they get Joshua Fury and other big fights going next year i would probably spring for a renewal.
