He has fought the best of the best at LW in this generation. He hasn't won, but atleast he has been willing to fight them.

Well he did beat Gamrot, who outwrestled Armen pretty recently. Safe to say it was worth having a try at beating Armen who had sat out 1.5 years a win could have earned that elusive title shot. I guess he could just threaten to retire or creep up the rankings without fighting like everyone else.

The best should be fighting the best. Only 1 person can win in a 2 person fight. Who cares if he occasionally takes a loss against top 5 opponents.
There was a time in MMA where a loss didn't mean you were done, because the best all fought each other regularly.

Not everyone gets to be the champion. Just enjoy fighters actually wanting to fight other ranked people, instead of sitting out to wait for a shot.

Yes I agree with that, I suppose my point was more to do with TS mentioning a pay raise for someone getting beaten decisively. Wasn't on short notice or anything, you can be a fan, but objectively, Dan needs to sharpen up if he wants to be a contender

I just want the top 5-10 to fight each other. Pay the people willing to do that. Armen refuses Gamrot prior to this fight but was happy to fight the easier match up. Reward people taking those fights as opposed to ducking bad match ups.

As much as I like Chandler, he sat on a fight for 2 years against a guy that was by that time, a name and unlikely to get him up the rankings. Don't get me wrong, it was the ultimate of all money fights, but he still sat
