I'm thinking of buying one of these games. Both are priced the same on Steam. Which is the superior game in your opinion?

Get both.I enjoyed CP2077 but i also didnt play it until a year after release after the bugs were hashed out. both are RPGs but different as well

BG3 might not be for everyone tho. Combat is much more involved

Same, glad I waited a year til I got my gaming laptop to play. Haven't tried BG3, I don't like cutscenes, and both seem heavy on it.

Played CP2077 on release but I didn't have that many issues with it and enjoyed it. BG3 is on another level though and I just got to Act 2. I put 40+ hours into the game already but it feels like I've only played around 20 hours. Couldn't believe it when Steam said 40+.

Im still surprised that Cyberpunk 2077 is still at full price since its been released almost 3 years ago. Pick up BG3 now and wait till Cyberpunk drops in half the price

I always see Cyberpunk at 29.99 on PC at least.

With the DLC around the corner for Cyberpunk I'd wait to pick that up for when they offer a bundle deal.

It really depends of you prefer -
*Action-RPGs or CRPGs?
*First Person Perspective or Top-Down Perspective?
*Adult Medieval Fantasy or Adult-Dystopian SciFi?

And, very ironically, you've asked this question the same month that CP2077 is releasing a new major update AND a giant paid expansion. So much about the game is going to change.

And it seems like every other day BG3 is getting a new update with a thousand big fixes and new features added in. Its continually getting better and better.

So, to answer your question which one to buy : Either one is the correct answer.

Cyberpunk was alright. BG3 is one of the best games of all time. So yeah
