Possibly stupid question here, I searched and couldn't find anything exact so please bear with me... I'm just wondering if there would be any reason to avoid taking 5mg Creatine Monohydrate and the usual 1 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar together in 6 oz of Orange Juice. By the time I get off work at 11pm, I need to take both of these, and its super easy to just mix em both in one little cup of juice and go. Just making sure they don't clash on a chemical level, I wouldn't want to find out after months of Creatine use that the Vinager properties were hurting Creatine absorption or something nutty like that. Thank you gents!
(Also, any new articles on ACV? I quit taking it for a year after I moved, getting myself back into shape here soon so I'm looking to take everything I can to assist with my suspect diet but decent workout program.) ^_^
