Nate's never had a KO loss in his career, as in put out cold, he does have a couple TKO losses including the eye cut stoppage vs Jorge. Would Ilia have been able to put away a prime Diaz like he did to Max and Charles?

Maybe, but the only time Ilia has gone 5 rounds was with a 38-year old. I'm sure he'd tool current Nate, but maybe not Nate from 10 years ago. I can see Ilia dominating early, but am less certain as the fight went on and Nate continued throwing punches.
