Constant Problems with Fight Pass

I'm a relative newcomer to Fight Pass, having just subscribed back in late January or early February. Since that time, it seems like I've experienced nothing but problems with it. The nadir of my Fight Pass experience, which judging from the discussion on these forums was pretty widespread, was during the Silva/Bisping Fight Night event, when the feed froze/crapped out/died, but I've also had tons of problems watching old fights and other content -- freezing, crashing, buffering/abysmal picture quality, gateway time-outs, etc. My question is, is this the general experience most of you who subscribe to the service have had or am I just unlucky?

Shit load of problems

Search is horrid.
Won't load fights.
Buffers after loaded.
Signs out of account while watching rare fights
Removes option to Watch fights and wants me to Buy them while signed in
Silva event was jumping around and got stuck in a loop for minutes until closing and reopening.

(This is on Galaxy S6 active, Samsung Tab 4, Dragon Touch, laptop and way too slow on smart TV)

No trouble with YouTube/Netflix/Amazon Fire

Fight Pass is a good deal & usually works just fine for me. When it doesn't, it's my own internet being gay.

People who complain about the search system just don't know how to use it to the best of it's abilities....which I guess is kind of a problem. Should just be simple.

Search is absolute garbage. If you don't know the exact event you're looking for, you won't find half of them. Even typing both fighters names, it won't show up.

And not an internet issue on this end. Other video streams work when FP stalls.

If you lower the video quality to 720 while on wifi it seems to make a huge difference for what you have described. 400 for 3 or 4g. But this does make a huge diff.

What devices are you using to access it from?

Sometimes it almost appears as if people on here are advertising for The Ufc , but just as often you hear about the trouble people have with it.

I'm on a cpu. Not on playstation or any of that stuff. I've had since day 1 and I've never really had any problem with it. The 10 minute glitch is only the 2nd glitch i remember watching it live (and that was for cpu users only. Did happen to other platforms). It also messed up for an Invact show when they started on fight pass. Same problem with the stuck and stuttering. I think they said that was because they didn't put in an extra amount of time to stream. It was scheduled to stop at 3 hours or something like that, and it went past it.

Everything is always HD for me with no glitches. Sounds like i've been lucky. I do have problems with the search. It's pretty bad. I use it a bit but really not all that much.

The promo video that auto plays on the sign-in page is insulting.

The early prelim, mid prelim, main card navigation is cumbersome.

The flow of tracking down fights when researching is frustrating.

The blackout viewing of certain FightPass only cards, even though I pay for subscription, is bullshit.

Usually my computer, but I've occasionally logged in with my phone and XBox One. It's been pretty consistently bug-ridden across every device.

I saw another poster suggested lowering the video quality to 720. I'll give that a shot.

I like it, but have found some stuttering on occasion. It's a pretty good deal for the amount of media you have access to.

I've had Fightpass for 2 years and never had a problem with watching any live event in HD or loading any archived content.

My internet is from Rogers and has a 50mbps download speed. Usually watch on a Macbook Pro, but sometimes I use the iPhone mobile app as well.

Then stop bitching and cancel it.

Probably the best idea. But when you order 6-12 months they take a lump sum up front. Have to let it run out and not renew.

Yeah, The best way to get a change is hit them in the wallet

I would try lowering it to 360p then start moving up. If you find the video plays smoothly at the lower quality settings then it probably means it's your connection.

I watch fight pass on my Apple TV.

The problem I have with fight pass, is that when I pick a event to watch, I can't pick which fight I want to see. I have to fast foward the event to see the specific fight I want to watch, and that actually takes a lot of time since the average event is usually three hours long.
