Conor Mcgregor is not a true featherweight, he's actually a true Welterweight. He walks around at 170-175.....while Cerrone also walks around that weight and doesn't cut anything to get to WW...and Cerrone has just destroyed a former MW Title challenger in Cote.
So now that we all agree that Conor Mcgregor is a Welterweight just like Cerrone, Lawler, Condit etc... We've seen a lot of Welterweights try their hand at Middleweight and move up for a few fights, therefore Conor Mcgregor could be a Middleweight. But there have been many MW's who have moved up to LHW, infact many started their career at LHW. So being that Conor is a Middleweight, he could move up to Light heavyweight and take a few fights up there. And lastly, there have been many LHW's who have been former HW's such as Krylov, Rumble, DC, etc...so if Conor is a LHW...what stops him from going up to heavyweight?
He's ducking Stipe Miocic, that's why...he's spent his whole career ducking MW,LHW, and HW just cause he knew he'd be exposed.
