I saw Metallica do Orion live and it was amazing, It changed how i listen to it now seeing them play it in that context in a stadium.

Favorite song by Metallica? For me, it’s Blackened, despite Newsted being cranked way down in the mix. I’m told this was intentional bc they hadn’t really come to grips with the loss of Cliff. I’m not saying it’s their best written or most complete song, it just hits me in a way that I can’t explain. But, in no way is AJFA my favorite album. I’m still a MOP guy. Front to back, an absolute masterpiece.
