This is the eternal weakness of the parasite state. It's total dependence on others particularly the west- for technology, innovation, education, systems of thought and commerce etc etc

Never has a state been so overwhelmingly dominated inside and out by others, than the Chinese.

So will this approach work for them before the west loses its patience and pulls the plug on the parasitic organism?

Also, I know the US is likewise a global tyrant in it's own way but this is about the Chinese parasite gimp copy and paste approach to progress.

You're not willing to put in the time and effort to suceed so you determine that it's impossible for everyone, this is common loser mentality. Oprah Winfrey grew up wearing potato sacks and she's now a respected billionaire but apparently nobody can make it in this country FFS...America might not have the highest social mobility in the world but the idea it's impossibvle to make it here is nonsense peddled by mediocre people who are too arrogant and small minded to make the changes they need to get ahead.

If you buy a new laptop from a major US brand it is designed by Chinese company and manufactured in China. Label is the only thing that comes from US. There are still key things designed in the US by foreigners, but their number is rapidly shrinking.
With the skyrocketing government-approved xenophobia and racism you are likely to lose the remaining key technologies.
