So we have a pro wrestler who clearly sucks, and in the blue corner we have Jens Pulver! Clearly past his prime, I'd love to see an old war horse like Jens get his next pay day. Anybody else think this is a sweet idea?
 
Jens past his prime and being smaller would still beat Punk easily and badly.Thats putting little evil down even suggesting it.

I swear I never meant to put Jens down suggesting it. I think the fight would make him a lot of money, and I would bet on him hands down. I think this would be a fight past his prime Jens could win.. and could win with a KO. Older fight fans like myself would also love to see it!

Jens might be long retired but his punches still cause CTE. Punk would die brrruh
 
So CM Punk got 500k for his UFC fight. He lost. He could fight an old war horse that should be an easier and more exciting fight. Pulver should negotiate a good deal of money because of CM Punk's draw.. am I missing something? I think its a great fight for BOTH parties.

Yea Punk made good money but Jen's wont and If Punk fights again I doubt they will pay him that much again.

This whole situation is hypothetical. I love it though. Punk is a draw. They wouldn't pay him 500k if he didn't get them that much being on the card.

Its not did he come back. He definitely should not come back to MMA.. unless its against CM Punk.

Am I that different than you, Sherdog? I've been watching you since you crashed everytime an upset happened.
 
I do think Punk has a chance against Pulver (if you give him a baseball bat and forbid Jens to use punches or kicks).

There are many people who can get fast into mma but Brooks does not have the mentality, talent and toughness required. I would even say let him train 10 years starting at 15 and he would still completely suck at it. There is a reason he never acomplished anything in sports.
