at least they are getting paid unlike some other promotions where many of the fighters have received no pay at times. (TKO, Battlefield FC and Taura MMA for examples). And those are much less known fighters who have no good platform to make a decent living off this sport.

The fighters don’t need to unionize, that’s an old way of doing things, but the fighters being employees are a good start and I think wwe wrestlers should be employees, I’ve been a employee, never been in a union tho, being an employee isn’t bad. You get stock options, paid time off etc. unions are old and dated.

This is the thing some people don't understand. UFC might pay it's fighters shit but that shit is still 10x better than the alternatives.

I would say the UFC were pretty generous to punk. They gave him every chance to win, all the time in the world and paid him a boat load. Vince would of never paid someone that much for 2 poor showings, he would have made them earn their way to the top.

If is one thing giving someone a chance, it is another paying more than some title holders were being paid.
