Clinch: Muay Thai vs. Greco Roman Wrestling

Who normally wins when an elite Muay Thai fighter faces an elite Greco Roman fighter from the clinch? For example, how do you think an Anderson Silva-Dan Henderson clinch would turn out? I'm not talking about the rest of the fight, just the clinch.

Can anyone recommend a fight that has a good clinch between two elite fighters of these disciplines?

The only fight that comes to mind is Hendo vs. Wanderlei Silva, but from what I recall, I don't think there was a clinch in either fight.

You'll never see a good grecco wrestler get stuck in a thai clinch. Grecco fighters tend to take down muay thai kickboxers.

Nothing comes to mind but it is pretty obvious the Greco wrestler controls the clinch. I train in Muay Thai and BJJ and i used to wrestle. Yes Muay Thai does implement a clinch but Greco Wrestling LIVES BY THE CLINCH. Hands down Greco gets the tkdwn even if they eat a knee or 2

i'm not so sure. shogun has a good clinch, he uses both the mui thai and greco clinches. if the mui thai guy can use the knees effectively he can win

a good greco roman wrestler will never get stuck in a muay-thai clinch.

muay-thai fighter's only real specialty in the clinch is when they get the muay-thai grip. they are obviously good with knees but the wrestler will eventually take them down

experienced greco roman wrestlers win in the clinch.

greco roman clinch is better than muay thai because it's a bigger aspect of GR and their is more technique id imagine

it depends on what the motives are, and how you attack. Many times in MMA we've scene The the wrestler win on account of the fact that they don't attack from the clinch and go for body locks. Where it's a thah fights goal to attack you with his close range wepons. I.E. the knees and elbows.
