Chris Daukus’ physique is embarrassing for a professional fighter

Hes a fighter bro, physique is secondary or tertiary.

Unless you tryna bang.
Not true . Match any hw physiques vs ngannou miocic and cyril and ask random strangers who would they pick to win fights just by looks and I’m positive that ngannou miocic cyril would be chosen over the rest of the hamburger helpers at hw .. and their records also back those picks . Ngannou cyril miocic have the top physiques at hw.. Daukus has the body of a type 2 diabetic just like 80% of the hws that are not beating those 3 mentioned

Yeah prime Fedor didn't look so bad at all, looked muscular and strong, he just wasn't lean.

Barnett is a better example.

cm5ldHQuanBn
Barnett was a steroid abuser and sucked in the ufc so …

I dont think Chris can handle these heavyweights. His brother is much better off in his division. Not to fighter bash or anything

Maybe he was fat at some point. Stop bieing a fucking douche bag. The guy has loose skin. Are you fucking kim kardashian? Go get your tits fixed doorknob

The truth is that it takes a fucking enormous human to be able to sustain a lean physique that is so big that you can't cut to 205 pounds.

I'm 6'3. I was an all American lacrosse player in HS.

I have only ever weighed above 215 while lean and in shape while on a solid cycle of steroids. The absolute biggest I got was 228, at <10% bf and I EASILY could have made 205.

Jones and Gustafsson both made 205 their entire careers into their 30s at 6'4.5 - 6'5.

What fraction of 1% of people are bigger that that and could Sustain 235-240 pounds of lean mass while training cardio, burning the insane amount of calories MMA workouts burn AND PASSING STEROID TESTS?

This is me at 212 pounds on a cycle of Anavar and test and some SARMs. I was running about 20 miles a week at this point.

How many people would NATURALLY support and maintain 25 pounds MORE of lean mass than this while passing random USADA tests? (which pop positive even for trivial bullshit like DHEA)

Well, we all know you don’t have to be shredded to perform. In other weight classes where there is an upper limit (few HWs reach 265), fewer will be flabby simply because they want to optimise weight/strength for their weight class. Expecting a HW to be shredded with a six pack is unreasonable since the shredded physique is not what makes anyone great, so why focus on weight and looks when you can focus on your developing your skills and eating what pleases you?

That being said, way too many HWs are simply fat or obese MWs/LHWs that can find more success at HW since the level of skill is much lower. Daukaus clearly was heavily obese before and has lost some weight but can probably make MW if he wanted to. He’s probably better suited at HW. All in all, it’s a bit sad that the HW division hasn’t shown much growth in depth - you have a couple of elite fighters, the rest are usually just fat guys not good enough to fight in the lower weight classes.

He has the exact same body frame as his MW brother Kyle. He also has some funny fattening patterns - his hands are normal, while his body is all bloated. Even in a division with obese guys he looks bad. And what's worse is that his chin is obviously not up to par (Blagoy Ivanov is not a looker either and should be able to make LHW, but has an absolutely insane chin.) I don't know what is he doing at HW, it's not like LHW is THAT much better. He should cut to at least 205. Not that Blaydes and Lewis are shameful losses, but still one more could put him in trouble.

Daukus looks like he’s carrying a solid 50lbs of additional non-functional weight on his frame. These fat heavyweights need to be inspired by fighters like Cannonier, Cormier and Krylov. I know fat Cormier won the HW strap, but I’d argue he was a better athlete at 205lbs. I don’t understand how you can inspire to be a great athlete and look like this:

Cormier was way better at HW before he ever dropped to LHW.

It's a meme, but there's truth there. He probably looks great in clothes.

Sherdoggers act like everyone shouldool like a He-Man action figure. I've got some news. A six pack doesn't mean you have good cardio or can fight for shit.

Everyone Shouldool!

Guys just pissed off that some of the baddest men on the planet looked like 2022 50 cent and not 2002 50 cent.

Maiii giiiaaaatte! You Luke vary guut!

It wasnt a dig at Bellator it was an assertion that a UFC HW cannot weigh in lighter than the mid 230s and expect to win.

Many of Bellators top HWs are mid 230s which means a smaller HW like Chris could weigh in mid 220s and still be fine. This is not a bad thing.

I think Blaydes much like Daukaus walks around with an unhealthy amount of body-fat
Blaydes has slowly been shedding the body fat since his debut. He looked in pretty good shape last night, maybe like 15 pounds of fat loss and he'd be somewhat shredded.
