Media Cameron Saaiman thinks O'Malley will finish Sterling

As much as I despise Aljo… ugh.. I just hope for a double KO

Acting emotional about taking this fight is not a good sign for Aljo and Sean is the type to do his homework and will be ready so yeah maybe. It could happen.

Possibility, esp with Aljo constantly talking about how he's injured, pressured into fight, tired of fighting Bantamweight.

I figure there’s 4 likely ways this might go. Either by decision. Aljo by sub. O’Malley by tko.

This is not black and white to me. Leaning Aljo a bit right now, though. Should be an entertaining fight, though.

Weili is my main event on that card though. About 6 fights I’m very interested in. I’ll probably have a lengthy pre-fight post.

I wouldn't be overly surprised to see Aljo get a win via GnP TKO, but overall I agree. I'm leaning toward Aljo by Sub at the moment... though nothing would surprise me here. Sean might show up and win this, especially since Sterling isn't getting this fight on his terms.

BW Jon Jones has spoken! Lol jokes aside, such a sweet kid and very talented as well. Looking forward to his next fight. Great prospect, I can see him vs Umar in a couple of years.

There's a huge gap in age between 27 year old Umar and 22 year old Saaiman. If Umar defeats Sandhagen and then fights for the title, there's a reasonable chance their paths never overlap. Khabibs team recognizes that your prime years are 27-33 in MMA at best and guys like Umar, Islam, Usman just like Khabib have been dedicating their life to combat sports and this pursuit since much younger ages than their piers (Umar for instance has been training with team Abdulmanap and Khabib since 15 or so and was training in things like Wrestling and Muay Thai from much younger). Umar won't be hanging around at 33 if he ends up winning the title this early, he will defend 3 or 4 times and then probably try to move up or retire. Saaiman at this rate is still 2 or 3 more wins away from scratching the top 15 and there's things about his game that worry me....He seems too easy to take down and physically weak compared to some of the guys above him, I think it's going to take a mauling or complete controlling and stifling from a grappler to wake him up. Standing he's real nice but super aggressive and gets hit.

O'Malley most likely gets strangled by Aljo, I think Saaiman just sees himself more in O'Malley and is kinda rooting for him or sees ways he can win out of bias. Fighters seem to do this a lot when predicting things. The way Aljo has been able to get down guys like Yan and Cejudo, two guys with some of the best defensive wrestling in the sport and the way Aljo is able to pressure and be frustrating standing is just so significant. And like Cejudo said, the thing that surprised him about Aljo was just how game he was...in his face, in the fight, in each round, pushing, looking for openings for 5 rounds straight. Aljo is a dog and I keep thinking back to the way O'Malley choked vs Munhoz which was a spoonfed matchup and the way he looked for a way out vs Chito when injured, I think Aljo is ready to go to hell and back for his W.

Fighters are notoriously awful at predicting fights for the most part.

I like Sean but it's hard to see past Aljo choking him out.

Hopefully it doesn't end too soon, I'm sure it'll be entertaining as hell while it lasts.

If Sean was somehow able to repel Aljo's takedowns and win, by any method, it would be amusing to observe how many posters would still bother to run him down.

I’m not an Aljo fan, but I think he finishes Sean in the first round.
