Cain was the challenger for a first title fight, against the champ/biggest star in the UFC ,Brockand lost his next fight.

Jon had 17 title defenses and Tom is/was a nobody Who subsequently just quit

Healthy Cain in my opinion is the best heavyweight in UFC history, he was a victim of overtraining and his body falling apart, I don't think anybody beat or could beat a healthy Cain. Outside of first JDS fluke, which Cain proved twice afterwards was a one in a million

His destruction of Bigfoot was truly a thing of beauty at a time when Bigfoot was by no means an easy fight.

That was one of my favorite "bloody puddle" fights of all time.

For real that looked like a crime scene or a jail stabbing.

It was awesome.

Cain vs Brock was fucking wild too.

That is a seriously high level win. People dont give Brock enough credit due to his deceiving 5-3 record but the man had 4 ufc title fights in his first 7 fights and he beat the shit out of 3 men who held UFC titles and came out of a long retirement to manhandle a ranked HW & former K1 champ.

And Cain met him head on. Blessed us with that beautiful Brock disco gif.
