For a guy that the internet considers probably the dumbest guy to ever step in the cage, he shares how he's done it and offers some really based advice for anyone willing to pay attention.

In addition to the beautiful house he's built on his own farm, he owns almost 100 acres of land, mostly paid off, has over a dozen rental properties and several vehicles all owned outright.

And he has an economics degree as well... who knew?

The enigma wrapped in a riddle. Bryce for the win?

I like the article pointing out:
Mitchell is a rare exception in the UFC. Many of the stars attempt to show off the wealth they don’t have and basically live beyond their means. If anything, Mitchell’s open book approach to finance demonstrates why TKO’s stock is highly valued. TKO’s expenses between WWE and UFC cover the athletes at just 17% of the total revenue from the event – far below NFL, NBA and similar major leagues.

I don’t fuck with new cars anymore either

I have four older vehicles (2 trucks) all paid for, tagged, and running great. Also have three motorcycles same thing on them

House is about paid off and some acreage already paid for

Fighters and athletes alike, like to light money on fire once they get a little in the bank account for some reason and I always thought Bryce was spending his money wisely

Bryce seems like a smart dude with some incredibly dumb takes, if that makes sense.

"His most controversial yet effective approach involves driving inexpensive high mileage vehicles instead of financing new ones."

lmao this isn't news. whoever is writing this article is dumb af.

also arkansas housing and land is cheap af. average household income in searcy,ak is $50k and people are living just fine. 50k in NYC you'd be considered poor by the homeless.

Didn't he have kids and marry a girl who was a fan and she found him through Instagram?
That does not sounds so smart too me.
