Fight will look similar to Van vs Royval, but with less output and more footwork from Kape.
Kape by UD, unless he knocks him out. Royval took a ton of damage vs Van and will be 33 1/3.
Kape will be improved from last time though and in his prime.
Royval is an output machine with a ton of jabs and a height advantage against almost everybody at 125. His striking ain't top3 though.
Kape has more height and reach than Van and will have no problem touching Royval.

Kape has great striking, it's just a problem when he opens his mouth.

In a pure striking fight I don't know how this plays out. I think Royval should win if he's willing to wrestle. But I'm not certain he is.
