Everything I post is a dry joke! But I was also curious about the expression.
I often use them wrong since the Queens English teacher and me never got along in my youth.

Buckley has been very good in the third round of three round fights recently, and Colby's been looking slowed down. Buckley outcardioing Colby for the late finish is fairly likely and is the result most likely to put a nail in the coffin of Colby's career. If Colby just gets knocked out early we'll see him again too soon, but if Colby gets knocked out for losing on cardio he's completely done.
