I don't remember and maybe someone can help me, there was a UFC event with A LOT of blood on the canvas from a prelim fight. Don't remember who vs who but I think someone wouldn't release a hold while the guy was bleeding out?

Sobral bloodied a guy and wouldnt release his rnc. The guy talked shit and so Sobral held and got kicked out of the UFC. It was a prettt bloody scene. Might be what you are after.

Yes I think this was it! Crazy! The blood stains were distracting me on the later fights, left a terrible mess. Glad that guy was released from UFC , he certainly should have been kicked out, he was INSANE
