Blew my back out trying to double leg a 300 pounder

I wrestled in high school so I know how to shoot a double but this weekend I fucked my back all way up. The guy was 343lbs so I was like fuck the Greeks and Romans I'm going for that double and ended up almost going to the hospital. I've been Poppin ibuprofen every 4 hours since Sunday.
 
Are you fat or not? Didn't you just eat a shit ton of food? How could you have messed up your back if your eating at the same time?

It doesn't matter but it's over 300 and less than 400, it's an even second number with an third being odd.

How's your back feeling? Physics matters. So how'd you blow it against a guy roughly your own size? Technique? Age? Shape?

Just trying to guage what the OP is a boot.
 
You probably are not in shape the way u were when you wrestled in high school either. So 40 lbs added to the front of your belly is going to be a problem when you try to do stuff you did in high school.

Face facts. Your old. Your fat. Go get a cold 6 pack and plant your ass in front of the TV for the rest of your life.

Yeah but I couldn't move afterwards for a big guy I had a pretty good shot but it's been almost 8 years since high school so yeah I should've just lateral dropped him. I thought I was Brock and it backfired.
