Billy Rush

You sound like you're talking out of your ass.

Actually Madmick is one of the most intelligent posters on this board and he's right, you are talking out of your ass. What's your point?

It seems like Billy Rush knows what he is doing when it comes to getting guys in shape, but how come Tim Sylvia still looks so flabby?

Maybe as a kid Tim was fat, and although he losed weight he never lossed his belly. Same thing happens to many people, it's very common.

useless reply!
if you have no clue dont let everyone know how stupid you are by opening your mouth.
If you have no basis for a statement dont say it. happy to hear it if you can back it up though.
i know you think you need to flame the newbie, but im no newbie, and i now know how you clocked up such a huge number of posts - obviously through usless, worthless replies.
shitty flame culture with sherdoggers sometimes.

OK if he has no basis for his statement that you are talking out of your ass, then where is the proof for these claims that you made. Because nothing that you have said thus far is provable and most of the things that you said don't even make sense (It's impossible to drop from 300lbs to 190ish and then cut to 170...where did you get that?)

why do you feel the need to post this in multiple forums?
looking for attention?

Everyone has different body types, there all put into 3 catagories Ectomorph(Skinny lankey), Mesomorph(Solid Muscular structure, long torso)and Endomorph ( flabby and heavy fat storage) No one is totally one type but a combination of all three types.Tim Silvia is a mostly Endomorph, he has excellent conditioning for his type and has the muscle but he body just wont be able to show it do to his body type.

Exactly its his conditioning thats most important not how he looks on the beach

Here's something concrete:

Joe Riggs WITH Billy Rush: Makes Weight
Joe Riggs WITHOUT Billy Rush: Makes a Fool of Himself
