Does anyone remember this show. I think it use to come on Saturday or Sundays in the late 90s when I was a kid. It was one of my favorite shows.chiller TV used to show syndicated episodes. Did anyone else watch it when it was on
TV.? What were your favorite episodes?

I watched it and loved it. I remember one about twins

Unsolved Mysteries is where it's at, homie.

@DaleBoca, where you at?

Yeah TS, I've heard of it and have the first season downloaded. I watched an episode not too long ago and it was the first time I had watched that show in . . . goddamn, close to 20 years.

Good show. Interesting. I think an updated version of that concept--updated essentially just to make it LOOK like a modern show, no other real changes are needed--could really work today.

I looked around and it seems the show was never put out on DVD. I wonder why.

Yeah that show used to scare the shit outta me as a kid. An episode I remember in particular was one about a guy talking to the ghost of a waiter at a restaurant the entire time without noticing he was a ghost until the end.

My brother and I used to watch this. We'd laugh at some of the ridiculous stories they would tell and try to pass off as potentially real shit.

Has anyone seen Urban Legends from about 10 years ago? I never watched it but I've heard it's a lot like Beyond Belief.

It was a spooky show, not UM but made you stay at night and try to make sense of the episodes that were fact.

It totally can work today. I'm surprised we don't this type of show anymore. It has suspense and intrigue, two aspects that make a show work.

I also loved the theme.

I believe UM were Friday or Sunday nights and AMW were Saturday at 9. I mean, it were shows like these that made me stay close to home and never play without an adult near. I think I'm gonna go and binge watch a bunch of these old shows soon. I absolutely love them.

Some episodes really freaked me out.

Yeah, I mean there are shows about mysteries and the paranormal all over the fucking networks right now. It seems like the time is ripe for another show like this. It would be a hell of a lot better than all those gay ghost hunting shows that are proliferating.

BTW, which host did you prefer, Brolin or Commander Riker?

I hate those stupid ghost shows. I remember when UM had episodes where people stayed at hotels near a civil war battle and they saw ghosts. I like stuff like that. I don't care to see some dude in a green light going like,"did you hear that? Our meter is definitely showing some energy". I mean shut the hell up, dude.

Oh, I enjoyed Frakes, dude walked in so smooth and started to tell you a story. Awesome host.

There is a podcast ive been listening to called Uncovering Unexplained Mysteries. Its all about the show Unsolved Mysteries. (I guess they couldnt use "Unsolved"in the title) Anyway its pretty good. Sometimes they have guests that used to work on the show which are pretty interesting. You might wanna check it out

Precisely. Agreed on all of that.

I am down for a good ghostly tale, but I don't fuck with Ghost Hunters and all its imitators, especially when those shows have been caught lying their asses off on multiple occasions.

Hell, since we're talking about it, I might go ahead and watch an episode of this shit right now.

I think I know what you're taking about. I believe one of them as a YT channel called dancing with ghosts or something like that. Regardless, I'll check it out, thank you.
