It sounds like a (non-anabolic Anabolic Anybody familar with this stuff? It supposed to be an abundant compound in spinach and insects.

I wouldn't waste money on it. I could be wrong but I thought that this stuff does nothing within the human body, i may have it confused with that gamma o stuff though.

Hmm, just did a bit of searching. It sounded...interesting. Lyle McDonald says "it's garbage" though on this thread here: Ecdysterone - BodyRecomposition Support Forums

Doesn't give much more info than that. But yeah, it doesn't sound like something really proven at all. I was very curious at first though, especially after Googling it and reading a couple of the links.
