I'm thinking of trying out Express VPN. I've seen it on a few best VPN lists and a lot of Youtubers seem to be sponsored by it. I can get the first 15 months for $99.95. After that, it's $99.95 for 12 months. Is that a good deal? Or are there better alternatives to Express VPN?

I've been using ExpressVPN for a few years now and I've been very happy with it. I'd tried other VPN's but they caused big performance issues and didn't get on with the torrenting at all.

Private Internet Access

Around 2 bucks a month
No logs
P2P support

Only issue you might have with it is that its based in the USA

Ive been using NordVPN, has torrenting options.

I use IPVanish. I've had no problems with it and I've had it for almost two years.

This is what I used. Also had it for about 2 years. It's been great I have it on my media server so I can torrent shit.

Still liking it now, a few more years in?

I'm probably taking the leap soon, & want to hear experiences from authentic, real-life, trans-friendly customers

Actually I switched to NordVPN because Express was messing certain activities and it became terrible for uploading files. NordVPN seems to have a far more consistent, high level performance

Nord is sketchy along with ExpressVpn (now owned by Kape Technologies along with PIA). Proton (not so highly rated on Linux), Mullvad, Air, Windscribe, IVPN are the only ones to go for.

Just fyi, some browsers have free vpns attached to them, but they are slow. I use one of those just to keep the watchers on their toes, but I'm sure it doesn't do much.

I use NordVPN. Super cheap. Streaming/Netflix/NFLTicket/etc. work from many other countries.

why are they sketchy?

I stopped using PIA a few years ago when their ownership changed.

I use Mullvad now

ExpressVPN works well for me. Sometimes they throw in other company services when you first sign up too.
