I'm looking to buy myself a ticket for UFC on Fuel TV 7 at Wembley Arena, but this will be my first live event and I'm not sure where to sit.

For those who have been to an event before (whatever the arena), where did you sit and would you sit there again? Would you recommend cage side? Way out back? Somewhere in the middle? Low down? High up?

Literally any advice, personal experiences or general comments would be greatly valued. Thanks!

Here is a seating map for reference:

we sat in the area of your map (510) 3rd row at the consol center .those seats were really good ,didnt have to look at jumbotron. at mandalay bay we sat second row from top of arena, had to look at jumbotron alot but seats were still pretty good. i say it depends on what you want to pay. follow dana white on twiiter he might be giving some tickets away for a contest. that is how i got the seats at consol center

If you insist on wasting your money and going, then I'd say the middle red sections. Lower seats are hard to see details through the cage and people around the cage.

Honestly, the best place to watch is from home. So much easier to see details, and you get to hear Rogan's analysis :)

become a ref if you want the best seat in the house.

at home on your couch - the beer and food are cheaper and better, the bathroom is clean and private, there's no drive home after the fight and you'll have a better view of the action than literally anyone in attendance - oh yeah, and it's a helluva lot less expensive

Rogains analysis is the shitty part about watching at home.
I really wish they would include a SAP without the commentary/commercials, just the audio from the cage mics.

This will be my 9th mma event live, any tierd seats are good, the worst seats are floor seats!

I would suggest anywhere but to just avoid the floor seats and avoid corner seats...I would suggest S5-S11 or N5-N11 if i was going to buy for myself though...

And also don't listen to the cheap people who say the best seat is at your house...There is no other thing in the sports world than going to a MMA fight...It will be the most fun you will ever have.

Agreed
Its hella hard to see the action unless youre in the first couple rows of floor seats
But at the same time theres something awesome about being on the floor
A lot easier to move around and mingle
Plus if the arena has a bar on the floor then youre tits

MMA is very visual.
There are loads of cameras catching the action, and it is showed live from the best angle.

Being in an arena is not too great for details.

Joe Rogan has mentioned that he often times (as he

From my experience...the first row of the first balcony on the side....

No one can stand up in front of you and you are looking down into the cage without being far away.

I went to a bunch of mma events. The atmosphere is great but I always had to rewatch the fights when I got home. I hate the cage. Watching fights in a ring is amazing.
