Best MMA grappler ever at his peak?

Khabib then Jones

Khamzat and Islam aren't at their peaks yet, Sterling may not be at his peak as well

DC and Weidman are overrated

Everybody has heard of Harold Howard.
Harold is from Niagara Falls.

C'mon!

Please, rank these guys as overall MMA grapplers (ground game+wrestling+cage wrestling+control+submissions+cardio for grappling), who was (is) the most effective at their peaks:

Islam, Chamzat, Khabib, Jones, DC, Sterling, Weidman or maybe other fighter....
Who would be the best grappler at middleweight you think?
The 185 lbs division has guys with some great BJJ like Rodolfo Vieira, Gregory Rodrigues and André Muniz

Sometimes it's really easy to tell when someone started watching MMA.

Matt Hughes was a gigantic puzzle to solve at welterweight at the time, due to his dominant wrestling and brute strength. I mention him because it's not exactly like he had all that much to offer on the feet...he was the boogeyman at 170 pounds and was a pure wrestler with great submission skills as well.
