I've had a really hard time finding a good Muay Thai - Kickboxing training facility in Colorado.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks Abe...

Duane actually trains with Nate Marquardt in Aurora, which is about 90 minutes from my house, but well worth the drive I'm sure...

I used to live in Boston where there was no shortage of great training facilities, but Colorado Springs sucks...

Thanks again bro...

Yeah Duane is an amazing coach and he actually teaches at Easton Brazilian Jiu jitsu (as well as High Altitude on occasion) we have 3 locations around the state. Arvada, Denver and Boulder you can check it out at www.eastonbjjarvada.com. We have muay thai, brazilian jiu jitsu and conditioning six days a week, so come check us out!

Come check out fightco training center. We have thai, mma, and bjj. The web site is fightcotc.com. The schedule is different now so come in or give us a call. Its located on the east side of town off of powers. and yes the springs does suck.

How about for women in the springs? I am looking to train and so far have liked Roughhouse the best but there aren't a whole lot of women it seems. :-/ Any suggestions? Or where on the south side of denver would be more involved in catering to my specific population? Any advice is greatly appreciated!

GTC is Trevor Whitman's gym. Bryan Youngs is the Muay Thai coach and he trained under Master Chai.

I really appreciate the information in this thread, but I live in Pueblo so its extra hard to find something!
Im particularly looking for either just boxing or full MMA
I noticed on this site
MMA Schools in Colorado - Find an MMA training school in CO
that there is one in springs, which a 40 min drive isn't too bad, I'm looking for something to get committed to, and I'm sure that would get annoying after a while. I guess I always could go back to AKKA, here is the website:
Pueblo Martial Arts, Pueblo Self Defense, Pueblo MMA
I just found that it wasn't as structured as I would have liked.
If anyone could give me any information about akka, other gyms in Pueblo, or just any ideas on what I could do, I would appreciate it greatly, thanks! :)

Isn't Sakmonkol teaching in Colorado now?

Denver is indeed stacked in terms of training, which is expected. Trained with Ludwig and Toner in Boulder at Easton BJJ myself. Good stuff!

I assume since the OP has the name "ColoSpgs" that they're looking for training within the 719 area code and that the hour commute to Denver is too unreasonable for training. Within Colorado Springs, there's Rough House MMA and Fitness, Colorado Springs Fight Factory, Champions MMA, Victory MMA, and Pikes Peak Combat Sports. Best bit of advise is to do some leg work and check out the gyms yourself, most schools offer free trials. Personally I like Rough House but again, it's best to try out the different gyms yourself if you can.
