Best based on a true story movie?

I am watching 21 and its supposed to be based on a true story but I remember pain and gain being the most epic and unbelievable based on a real life story because the real life was very over the top. Of course Texas chain saw massacre was said to be based on a real story but that was not the case. Ed Gein was nothing like leatherface. They only said that for 2003 remake.
