Leo: "LOL... that is funny."

Leo: "Don't you get it? Bengal Lancer?"

Does anybody get that joke? I don't know wtf Leo is talking about or why it's funny.

Bengal Lancers was a real outfit but the characters last name was also Lancer but that’s not why they were called the Bengal Lancers. It just so happened Lancer was in the Bengal Lancers. He thought the coincidence was funny. I don’t think it’s really supposed to be funny to the audience, what’s funny was how funny Leo’s character thought it was.

That’s my guess anyway. If that’s not it, I don’t get it either.
