Bellator 126 main card: Alexander Shlemenko-Brandon Halsey, Patricky Pitbull-Marcin Held, Thiago Meller-Bubba Jenkins & Mike Richman-Ed West

This is a good card, title fight, great LW fight, bubba/Meller prospect fight and Richman/West fun fight.

Thats the kind of card setup I like, covers everything, title fight, great fight, prospect fight and fun fight.

Bellator did a good job with this card.

Shlemenko cards are usually set up so well. I wonder how Shlemenko's popularity in TV ratings will fare after his loss to Tito.

Good luck Storm! hopefully Shlemenko can get the win Halsey looks like a bad style match up for him.

It's a good main card.

Here are the prelims (about time they came out, they shouldn't have to wait so long anymore to announce individual fights without the tournament in effect):

Larue Burley - Raymond Pina
Joe Taimanglo - Michael Parker
Derek Campos - Estevan Payan
Brandon Girtz - Benny Madrid
Clifford Starks - Jacob Ortiz
Stuart Austin - Dan Charles
Ryan Martinez - Nick Rossbourough

That's also better than the norm. It should be an entertaining, complete night of MMA.

LOVE this fight card. Thiago Meller is legit. I think be beats Jenkins. Huge opportunity for him here. They had him waiting on the sidelines for a while since they signed him. Can't wait for this whole card. Lot of good fights

ps. It's LaRue Burley. He should get a main card slot next time around if he wins here. Him and Pina are undefeated strikers so should be fireworks.

I love Shlemenko as a fighter, but I am pulling fr Halsey just s Bellator can have a more intriguing champion.

Either way, the future challengers of Manheof/Marshall and possibly King Mo make for some interesting fights at 185...

p.s. I know his name obviously. I mistyped it when focusing on the whole card instead of just him. I better not accidentally type Kim Moy instead of Kin or I bet I'll hear about that too.

Mo if he came down would be interesting but no need for Marshall rematch and Melvin is shot.

But I guess it would be entertaining for a round.

85 in Bellator is really bad.

Austin is a legit HW prospect. They should throw him in the next HW tourney if he beats Charles.

Few decent guys on the prelims, none are really good fights but Martinez, Starks, Campos, Larue and joe T.

Overall good card.

Maybe they can finally lure Khalidov now that it's feasible to offer an immediate title shot and co-promote.

Co-pro would be a way in general to spice it up. I'd like to see Emeev and Materla get cracks at the Bellator champ, whoever it is in the future.

Drop downs of Mo, Zayats, and M'Pumbu; move up of Lima, would help.

So would signing Mayhem, who was much better than Dolloway injury considered, let's be honest. And since Dolloway has went on to prove he's formidable.

Those are ideas to turn it around and have it be solid for a #2 in not too long.

I like this show for sure, have a few notable guys on the prelims and a few solid match ups there. Burley has real potential so he's probably the stand out of the group.

I think we see the end of Storm's reign, I think Halsey takes him down and taps him. Pitbull standing kills Held, Held on the mat kills Pitbull. So that has potential to be fun and should be a finish either way.

This is probably Jenkins last fight before a big step up, I think he's ready.

Richman at 135, could have potential we shall see. Lot of there shows are the same this season.

Title fight, big fight, prospect showcase, and two decent guys to kick it off.

Its fun to think how good their shows can be if you combined three weeks into one show.

I'm really interested in seeing Halsey's striking at some point. I doubt Storm keeps it standing, though.

And is it just me, or is Richman going to be way too slow at 135?
