Belal v Shavkat, who win?

Shavkat was a significant favorite back before Belal got a bone infection. I've see flaws in Shavkat's last several fights. He is not a better wrestler than Belal. I'm not convinced he's the better striker. He's better at submissions, getting finishes, and he has the better chin. But I'm not convinced that should make him the favorite. He did not look like someone who would destroy Belal tonight.

It will depend on what range the fight is taking place.

If Shav can keep him at range, he likely wins.
