Funny how dumbasses here seem to try to excuse it on the form being bad when it's supposed to be play sparring. Maybe all the pros should go super hard and knock newbies out because their form is bad too huh?

Its a dirty fucking move to try to KO your sparring partner when you agreed to go light. Kevin is clearly throwing a playful flying knee, and the other guy wanted to be able to say he KO'd Lee in training.

I think hard sparring is okay sometimes, as long as everyone is on the same page and it's understood that hard sparring is what is going to happen. FKL obviously pulled that knee and got smacked like that. Not cool if it wasn't it a declared "hard-spiring session". Damn FKL can't catch a break.

For some reason Kevin Lee doesnt have headgear, not that it would save him from getting cracked on the chin like that, but still, only one guy has gear.

In my experience some guys like to wear headgear, while others don’t.

I personally don’t like mma/kickboxing sparring in headgear. I’m not able to see kicks and it makes grappling harder.

I really like headgear for boxing though
