Hey guys, I've been taking this at the prescribed dosage for a while, per recommendations I got years ago on bodybuilding.com.

After looking around this forum, searching and reading the stickies, I can't seem to find any information on this. From the gist of most of the posts here, it seems like it isn't that great of a product because it's synthetic and in pill form.

I'm looking into getting Sea Essentials by Heaven Sent after this bottle runs out.

What does everyone have to say about the 32X vitamin?

To it's benefit, my piss is a yellow-green after I take it.

This brings back Memories. I bought a bottle of these years ago off of BBing.com because I fell victim to the hype being pushed over there regarding AST's site and their products.

To be honest, no multi has actually made me feel any different, but that's not really what they're for. I will sau that for a synthetic multi it was way too expensive for my taste.

Casual - D&S, Mayberry, Boxing.

Mod only (looking for trolls and garbage threads) - all other training forums, HW forum (obviously), P&M, Fight Forums.

I usually check out all of them except the Gear forums, Sprechen and the War Room.
