I travel internationally for work and pleasure. It’s one of the things I truly live in life. Seeing different cultures, nature, and especially food!

I have never felt endangered or that people hate me for being American. There’s obviously some places in the world that are more dangerous than others but I’ve been all over Europe, multiple countries in Asia, the Caribbean, Central America…. Never felt that people hate me.

I can’t say that anymore. I’m actually concerned about traveling internationally due to Trump and the world hating the US due to his actions. He’s done nothing but destroy friendships and alliances across the globe for America.

Anyone else think this?

Went to Scotland a few months back and didn't have any issues. If anything I felt right at home as one of my cab drivers ranted about immigrants. Will probably plan a family European trip for next summer, if we're all still here.

The US has spent the last 60 years occupying Europe, destabilizing South America, bombing Asia and turning the Middle East into glass, and now you're worried about travelling abroad?

A quick reality check for you - most normal people in the world don't give a shit what Trump or the US are doing. Stop believing that dysgenics on Bluesky actually leave their basement.

Nobody hates Americans for what their government does, and those populations that do are too scared of the consequences to do anything about it. Any Sherbo who finds themselves in Cambridge will get a warm reception from The Big Yins pub

No I've lived in South east Asia the past four year in Pattaya. There are a lot of people from the middle east Russia etc. I may get a. random your American Trump is crazy but there is no I'll intent nobody cares. If I was in Latin America there is a chance someone was deported or something but even then not a big deal. I think white liberal women care more than anyone your likely to come across in your travels.

I used to do a lot of international travel.

I've seen a transition in cities I used to enjoy visiting, like London, Paris, Brussels, and Cologne go really badly. They are not the same places anymore. My focus is on Costa Rica, the Philippines, and Japan now for international travel. However, I really want to stay in the U.S. and take a drive across the nation in a motorhome with my wife. What has happened is that U.S. citizens have stopped traveling abroad as much and begun spending more of their dollars domestically. I can't blame them. U.S. domestic tourism is way up. The dollars are staying in America in tourism.

Not as concerned about EU, thinking of going to Columbia and Mexico. After we just performed War Crimes in Venezuela, are threatening countries all over South America, and we are inhumanly treating immigrants, I can see people from there being pissed and increasing the hate towards Americans.

Nah. Just look at Russians. Russians are perfectly fine here and in the UK. I mean I would be worried if I went to certain places in the ME, but thats about it. Now if it stays on this path for 10 years straight? We might be in some trouble.

Yeah why go to Paris or London when you can go to Atlanta, Baltimore or Detroit

Interesting quote from the person probably most brainwashed from the Troll King of social media.
Dude, you're the one legitimately concerned about being murdered abroad 'cause Trump. What's the basis for this concern again? It's not documented of being an issue, yet you think it is because.....why? Oh', you're own derangement fueled by other deranged morons on social media.

yeah, there'd be no problems for americans in europe.
nobody cares. if you hear about it from another american, it's probably hysteria, cause you're very unlikely to hear anything CONFIRMING it might be a problem from somebody from europe.

I think there will be an uptick for sure, maybe some sarcastic comments but the footage coming from ICE is angering a lot of people and the mouth breathers defending every action is making people increasingly uncomfortable. I would say you will 100% be probed on it and if you are a trump supporter prepare to be shunned at least

Go to Venezuela then. They will treat you like a king

Boom. Problem solved
