Are Vaporizers actually bad for you?

I quit smoking by vaping then quit vaping a few years ago after years of that. I've never had this and also I run 25-30 miles a week without any lung issues.

I call bullshit on "someone".

Quit vaping and take care of yourself, you'll be fine.
Im not saying that you cannot stop and be fine or that "tasting vape juices after years of stopping" isnt bs but there are certain thresholds and the body does need a very long time to completeley revert the damage done by smoking for many years. If you stop by 30 the organism is said to be able to still revert the damage done as if you had never smoked but aside from smelling and tasting it can take decades. Do not read this as "ive been smoking for 20 years, no reason to stop now". Even when stopping at 50, it will do a lot of good, however its a lot more probable that you will suffer some side effects or even illness.

There are not many products you can buy which straight up tell you "(SMOKING) KILLS" on the packaging.

According to the pulmonologists and thoracic chemo specialists I have spoken to, yeah it's bad. Aside form the long term effects I get a ton of patients who collapse their lungs hitting those things.

vaping might be bad mostly depending on the kind of distillate impurities contained, that’s going to vary per source

combusting and inhaling smoke has so much carcinogenic tar in it that even if it’s high quality cannabis that is objectively bad for you regardless of cannabinoid effects

I think you gotta be careful with smoking anything regularly, and vaping is way healthier if you are using good products, but haven’t vaped much nicotine product just a lot of weed
