Are there vids out there of Khabib speaking Avar?

Except a couple of words here and there, I have never heard him speak his native language of Avar. He seems to speak Russian with his crew of Dagestanis as most of them are not Avars (Laks, Lezgins, etc.).

Do you think Khabib has a better command of Russian or Avar?

No I don't think the comparaison is valid because young Avars actually still speak Avar as a native language in Dagestan, while young Irish don't speak gaelic as a native language.

Khabib is a intelligent dude. Learning all these languages cant be easy. I learned a tiny bit of French and Polish. Dont think I would ever be able to be fluent in anything other than english.

If you grow up in a household that speaks two languages and none of them aren't english (which you'll learn in school from an early age anyways) it would be fairly easy
