I think Rolles got a liver shot and decided he didn't want the win bonus and just laid down. He looked like he didn't even train for this one.

He looked poor. He got rocked once, then got a takedown, did nothing with the takedown and Bedorf scrambled, reversed position and got up. Then he kicked Rolles in the junk, and after a recovery period for Rolles, Bedorf kicked him in the liver and Rolles flopped to the ground in pain.

He got buzzed pretty good by a left hook, but was able to get Bedorf down.. Eventually Bedort was able to sweep him, and then return to his feet only to hit Rolles low, anyways almost immediately after the fight resumed he connected with a liver shot that dropped Gracie, and he finished with follow up shots.
